I know I've been a bit absent from DA but with my new course starting soon (for those of you who understand the fitness industry I'll be a qualified Body Jam instructor), it's going to leave a lot less time for writing and pics.

I did promise a whole lot of new poems and everything and I will eventually get to them it's just my time is a bit scarce at the moment
